As Christians, we pray often because prayer is our way of communicating with God, our loving Father. We have a close relationship with Him, and we pray because we trust Him, depend on Him, and rely on Him. He will give us what we need at the right time.
When God responds, He gives us more than we could ever imagine. Before we ask, He knows what we need. He even knows the things we can't put into words. God knows, hears, and gives. God responds because His love is greater than we can comprehend. He is able to do great work beyond our imagination.
We can pray with confident expectation, trusting that God hears us and shows up in ways beyond our understanding. We can be amazed by His response because of who He is and how great His love is.
God's love has no limit, and He is already at work in our lives. We can join in what God is calling us to do. We can pray with confident expectation regardless of whether we have the right words. We can always turn to scripture to guide our prayer.
We can come with confident expectation, knowing that God's fullness and love are beyond our comprehension or imagination. We can expect God will surprise us in His answer because God wants what is good for us and contributes to our long-term happiness. He is able to give out of the riches of His glory so that His goodness, greatness, and glory will be reflected.
Therefore, let us be conscious when praying. We can do so by setting reminders to pray throughout the day. Through this, we can continue to experience the breadth, length, and height of God's love each day.
