Trust, for God Outgives What We Can Get for Ourselves - Ms Yee Minyi

Trust that God is sufficient for our circumstances. No matter how impossible our circumstances feel, God can turn them around for our good and for His glory. Out of all the possible fields Ruth could have gone to, she arrived at Boaz’s field. God had already begun a redemptive work to give her a future because she had chosen to turn to Him.
Trust that God is more gracious than we can ever imagine. God provided not only for the things that Ruth asked for, but He was attentive and even anticipated her needs for protection, hospitality, dignity and inclusion before she even articulated them.
Finally, trust God to direct our steps. Ruth found herself going to the field belonging to a kinsman redeemer from her family, who wasn't just any man, but a man of godly character, standing and good repute.
God today invites us just as we are, real and authentic about our fears, our doubts, our weariness, our sense of unworthiness. Ruth gently and firmly reminds us that God sees, God knows, and God is already at work. Trust God. Because the God who met Ruth in the barley fields is the same God who meets us today. Independent of our worthiness, He outgives what we can ever get for ourselves.
