Mission flows from our identity as God's people because Jesus has all authority in heaven and on earth. This authority is rooted in love, healing and forgiveness that set people free. We are called to make disciples of all nations, helping people develop a lifelong relationship with Jesus through inner transformation and maturity in Christ.
We embrace God's mission by submitting to God's love and truly loving as Christ did. This requires being inclusive and intentional - reaching out to people different from us, seizing every opportunity to make disciples, and serving as salt to the earth to bring transformation and blessing. We create inclusive disciple communities that embrace the fullness of the Trinity, ensuring people experience belonging through love before understanding the gospel through a transformation journey leading to obedience.
God is always with us during mission work, and His presence provides comfort during times of doubt or discouragement. We must put on the full armour of God and stand firm. He gives us His heart for the lost, His strength to persevere, and reveals His will and purpose for us. We are called to lean on Him, be courageous, and step out in faith to reach people and bring them closer to Jesus Christ.
