We are under the power of sin, and saved by salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.

We're all sinners, falling short of God's glory, and none of us is perfectly righteous. Sin is a universal human problem, revealing our flawed nature. However, God's grace offers a solution through faith in Jesus Christ. Through justification, God declares us pardoned from sin, and redemption sets us free from our sinful nature. Jesus' sacrifice on the cross bore the penalty for our sins, allowing us to stand before God not because of our own righteousness but through God's mercy and faith in Jesus. This is the heart of the gospel, a great salvation that showcases God's love and mercy for humanity.
